Xenoblade Chronicles X - A Proper Chopper - Where to find the Spherical EM Motor

During the Xenoblade Chronicles X Let's Play livestream today we ran across the quest A Proper Chopper. It's pretty standard but it does have a couple items that are hard to find. The Anhydrous Radiator is not too bad, but the Spherical EM Motor is rough! So in today's video I have a couple locations where you can find the items you need.
